This online store is part of a website operated by INOD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

Product specifications, designs, prices, and packaging are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

Certain products may be subject to order quantity limits or order deadlines.
Orders placed after the deadline or exceeding quantity limits may be deemed invalid and canceled in full.
If the total order amount is unusually high, or if multiple orders are placed repeatedly within a short period of time, we may contact you for identity verification. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled.

Formation of Contract

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase products from the Site.
An automatic order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order; however, the sales contract is deemed concluded only when we send a shipping confirmation email indicating that the ordered products have been shipped.

Refusal of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases.
- If the customer has previously violated these terms or other applicable policies.
- If false, incorrect, or incomplete information (especially shipping address) is provided.
- If we determine that payment obligations may not be fulfilled.
- If we determine that the order involves fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, or other acts that may significantly harm our business.
- If there is an error in product information displayed on the Site, including price or quantity.
- If a defect is found in the product.
- If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
- If delivery to the specified address is not possible.
- If the customer engages in any prohibited conduct listed below.

- Purchasing products for resale or other commercial purposes.

Out-of-Stock Items

Ordered products may become unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Order Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.

Total Charges

Total charges consist of the product price including tax and the shipping fee including tax.

Absence / Refusal of Delivery

If a package is returned due to prolonged absence, refusal, or rejection by the customer, the shipment will be returned to us.
In such cases, we may charge the customer for return shipping and reshipping costs.

If you do not receive emails from us, please check whether your email settings block or filter emails from us, or whether the email has been automatically moved to a spam or junk folder.

Returns & Exchanges

- We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of initial defects or incorrect items shipped.
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference, such as ordering mistakes or differences in expectation, are not accepted.

Eligible cases include the following.
1. The product model does not match the box label.
2. The product size does not match the box label.
3. Significant left and right variation.
4. Severe stitching defects that affect usability.
5. Noticeable stains or damage that significantly impair the design.

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange for footwear and sandals.
1. Holes of 3mm or less in soles or footbeds due to manufacturing characteristics.
2. Differences in leather texture between left and right sides.

- Exchanges are limited to the same product only.
If replacement stock is unavailable due to sold-out, discontinued, or limited items, a return and refund will be issued instead.
Returns or exchanges for products purchased outside this Site are not accepted.

Size Exchanges for Footwear and Sandals

- Size exchanges are accepted once only for unused items, with round-trip shipping costs borne by the customer.
- If exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, the product price and shipping fee will be refunded after return.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors only. Outdoor use voids eligibility.
Items must be properly packaged when returned. Returns will be refused if shipping labels or tape are attached directly to the product box.

*Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.
1. More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
2. The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
3. Accessories such as tags, labels, or boxes are missing or damaged.
4. The product is a sale item or otherwise designated as non-returnable.

Return / Exchange Procedure

- To request a return, exchange, or size exchange, please contact us via the Contact form within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information.

1. Order number.
2. Order date.
3. Customer name.
4. Reason for return or exchange and desired size if applicable.

Please note that product boxes or bags must not be used as return packaging.

Delivery Timing

Orders will be shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons such as year-end holidays or Golden Week.
Delivery delays may also occur due to weather, traffic, or regional conditions.

Okinawa: 1,500 JPY including tax
